Aviation Consultants International is a specialist aviation consulting organisation providing detailed analysis and advice to the aviation industry. Many of our consultancies have been undertaken in remote and developing countries, some experiencing civil war and internal disorder and a breakdown of the social fabric.

We specialise in regulatory reform, aviation security, organisational structure and, corporate governance.

In conjunction with numerous international governments,  aviation regulatory authorities, and  the International Civil Aviation Organisation, Aviation Consultants International has conducted or been involved with the Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP) and other business system audits  and has advised government leaders and senior officials in achieving international civil aviation requirements including transparent corporate governance, independent oversight and meeting operational standards and recommend practices (SARP’s).

Similarly Aviation Consultants International has undertaken a number of studies and strategic reviews specifically relating to corporate governance and organisational structure of aviation regulators and provided far ranging strategic plans for regulators to meet international standards. Many of these studies have been undertaken in countries which are experience degradation of services and are supported by international aid both civil and military from the international community.
