In conjunction with the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), International Aviation Regulators, and ICAO States, Aviation Consultants International has conducted or been involved in business system audits for and on behalf of a number of International Civil Aviation Regulatory Authorities and has advised government leaders and senior officials in obtaining or meeting international civil aviation standards and recommend practices (SARP’s).
Since 2001, Aviation Consultants International was closely associated with the compilation of a number of Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programmes (USOAP’s) undertaken by ICAO as well as pre USOAP preparatory work for regulators. These reviews have been undertaken since the commencement of the USOAP policy and evolution to the third USOAP audit stage which requires development and integration of systems management requirements by regulators.
In accordance with the USOAP development Aviation Consultants International now works closely in developing State Safety Programmes (SSP's), Continuous Management Approach (CMA) programmes, continuous improvement programmes and integrated management systems development for ICAO States and aviation regulators.

ACI Aviation Consultants International has represented and advised member States at the ICAO General Assembly and been commissioned by numerous national, regional, and international companies, organisations, regulators, Airports, Governments and their agencies, and military and defence organisations around the world. Accordingly, Aviation Consultants International has advised senior government ministers their officials and representatives. We have written numerous papers and articles, undertaken studies, surveys and completed analyses for various government and commercial transport organisations and agencies, including but not limited to; the Asian Development Bank (ADB), NATO, the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) Afghanistan, and the United Nations.

We have developed aviation security documentation including National Civil Aviation Security Programmes (NCASP) as outlined in ICAO Doc. 8973-6. Aviation Consultants International also undertakes project evaluation, ongoing re-assessment and trend related improvement analysis.
