Kingdom Holding Co - Saudi Arabia. Conduct an internal review on operational issues and advise on implementing changes to the management procedures of the Aviation Division.
June 2010 - February 2011
Develop a State Safety Programme (SSP) incorporating an integrated Continuous Management Approach (CMA) methodology for the capacity strengthening of an entire civil aviation sector for an Asian country. This includes development of civil aviation infrastructure and processes spanning operational and management requirements and development of future strategic policy direction.

Advize international consortium on developing project requirements for Wing in Ground Effect (WIG) and pertential international market opportunities, operations and development of manufacturing programme.

Civil Aviation Authority Qatar (QCAA) - ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP). Preparation for audit and development of integrated systems review of organisational and operations covering all aspects of the civil aviation sector within Qatar. Development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Continuous Improvement Programme, Continuous Management Programme (CMP) and State Safety Programme (SSP). Preparation for the QCAA project growth and Human Resource strategies in relation to the transition to the New Doha International Airport (NDIA)

Mumbai & Delhi International Airports India. Preparation of reports (NOC's) seeking approvals of development for increased height of communications towers and hotel buildings within flight proximity to airports.

Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) – Aviation Safety Oversight Programme (ASOP). This programme was implemented by CASA to improve the oversight systems currently in use by CASA and to demonstrate to the end-user the necessity of full transparency and accountability within the aviation industry as the regulatory oversight arm of the government.
June 2006-November 2007.
Asian Development Bank Contract - Capacity Strengthening of the Afghanistan Civil Aviation Sector TA 4593. This project worked closely with the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF), NATO, UN, FAA, and ICAO personnel stationed in Afghanistan. Specific requirement were to liaise with senior government ministers of the Afghanistan Government and provide advice in the establishment of a new civil aviation sector.
Close liaison was held on a regular basis with senior ambassadors and military personnel (ISAF). Aviation Consultants was a primary adviser and controlled this project.
January 2006 -June 2006.
Biometric Integrated Systems Development – Aviation Compliance (International Consortium). This project required a detailed review of aviation trends in terms of regulatory and operational compliancy. The review specifically looked at biometric document reading and the possibilities of enhancing document integrity while increase mandatory compliancy.
August 2001-June 2005.
Principal advisors to DCA Solomon Islands. Aviation Consultants International was the senior advisor on aviation matters to the Government and Civil Aviation Authority of the Solomon Islands for five years. This period commenced during a period of uncertainty with a government coup and the country sliding into a situation of failed state status. Aviation Consultants International worked closely with government minister, cabinet and heads of international government missions to maintain civil aviation operations over this period.
ICAO 35th General Assembly Montreal 2004
The contract required the development of long term strategies, development of technical documents, selection of senior personnel and development of policies. During this period Aviation Consultants International acted as Senior Ministerial Adviser to country delegation to ICAO 35th Assembly 2004. This role required negotiations with the ICAO Secretariat to reinstate the Solomon Islands as a full voting member and to act as advisor to the Minister of Civil Aviation and liaise with other delegations. Throughout this contract Aviation Consultants International worked closely with AirServices Australia in helping to manage the upper air space.
August 2001-February 2004.
In the capacity of Principal advisors to the Minister of Civil Aviation and the Prime Minister of Kiribati Aviation Consultants International were requested to the USOAP protocols and provide advice for the ICAO USOAP audit. Further work was undertaken in the development and provision of a Director General and senior advisor to the national airline. Throughout this contract Aviation Consultants International worked closely with AirServices Australia in helping to seek control of the upper air space.
January 2001 – July 2002.
Principle Consultants to Civil Aviation Authority Fiji Islands (CAAFI) on organisational restructure and corporate governance. This consultancy was to advise CAAFI on organisational requirements and the development of integrated management systems for CAAFI. It also included partial restructuring of CAAFI and development of management strategies. The ultimate outcome was the development of the pre ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP) documentation and developing strategies to meet USOAP requirements. Aviation Consultants acted as advisors to CAAFI during the USOAP.
