Hugh Ritchie has extensive aviation managerial experience in corporate governance and structuring of civil aviation authorities and government agencies. Hugh is a strategic analyst and project management specialist with a specific focus on regulatory oversight and corporate governance, project management and strategic planning and analysis. Until recently Hugh taught for 10 years in his spare time as an adjunct senior lecturer at Griffith University in the Masters of Aviation Management degree and is a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (F.R.A.e.S.)

John Carr has worked in the aviation industry for over 30 years and has worked in senior positions including Air traffic Control, Search and Rescue coordination and as Director General in two Pacific countries. Mr Carr worked closely with Hugh Ritchie on the recently completed Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) ICAO USOAP preparatory work and development of an integrated management system as well as the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) ASOP project and the Afghanistan Project. Both John and Hugh were involved in the initial development of the Pacific Aviation Safety Office (PASO) as advisers to member countries.

Captain Rosemarie McRae has over 13,000 hours command helicopter time operating throughout Australasia and was recently president of the Helicopter Association of Australasia. Rosemarie is on a number of Australian Government committees in relation to helicopter and aviation operations and procedures in Australia. They include the International Helicopter Association (IHA) International Helicopters Safety Team (IHST) as well the Australian Transport and Logistics Industry Skills Councill Aviation Standards and Consultative Committee.

Noel Laurenson has more than forty (40) years experience in the airline industry including the past twenty (20) years in middle and senior level management. Devinder Kumar Yadav, is an aircraft engineer, with in excess of 27 years experience in the aviation industry. He is a multi-skilled aviation professional experienced in domestic as well as international aviation environment He has held a variety of responsible leadership and management positions in large international airlines, MRO Companies, and general aviation organisations as well as lecturer and aviation course coordinator at Edith Cowan University Perth Australia
Devinder holds a masters degree of aviation Management (Griffith University), as well as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License with ratings from Cessna 152 to wide-body Airbus and Boeing 747-400 aircraft and a Pilot License. Devinder is also a Lead Auditor (quality & safety), Dangerous Goods, Workplace Training & Assessment, and Tertiary Teaching.
In addition he holds a range of other aviation professional qualifications, including regulatory compliance, quality management systems (QMS), aviation safety management system (SMS), aircraft accident/incident investigation, engineering and flight operations management, aviation regulations, human factors, aviation economics and business planning, airport & airline management, change management, risk management, training & assessment, and project management.

Peter Corner has worked as a senior technical engineer specialising in CNS, communications, and radar navigation including ILS/DVOR, DME, technical certification and flight calibration. His experience has allowed him to work as a project coordinator in a number of countries over an extended period. They include Afghanistan, Indonesia, Philippines, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
