5. 2009-2010 – Advisor to Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) on the development and implementation of safety and risk management programmes in accordance with the ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP), the States Safety Programme (SSP) and the Continuous Management Approach (CMA) as established by ICAO
6. 2008 - Advisor to the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) on the introduction of systems safety and risk management principles and methodologies (Aviation Safety Oversight Project) across the entire organisation and linked to all permission (License) holders.
7. 2008 - Development of the integrated CAA Human Resources Training Programme strategic policy plan.
8. 2006-2007 - Project coordinator to Afghanistan on Asian Development Bank (ADB) project (TA 4594) for Capacity Strengthening for the Civil Aviation Sector May 2006- April 2007.
9. NATO, the United Nations, the FAA, ICAO, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) within Afghanistan
a. Developed National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP) for 2 countries
